Why should I trust a new company on the internet with my finances?
Excellent question! Trust is earned so we ask that you give us an opportunity to earn your trust by scheduling a free consultation. We are also happy to provide references from existing clients and former colleagues.
Is Sheets Run Solutions available during my business hours?
Our hours are 7am - 7pm Eastern. This typically covers the needs of clients in other time zones but we will do our best to accommodate schedules if there are times when a meeting is required after hours.
Can all bookkeeping services be performed virtually?
Yes! All of the services we offer are available virtually.
What channels are available to communicate with Sheets Run Solutions?
We are available through most communication channels. Most frequently we communicate with clients via Zoom, e-mail, and text message. We’re also available on Slack and Google Hangouts. Finally, we make a commitment to visit each of our clients in person at least once annually.
How does Sheets Run Solutions get my information to perform services like paying bills?
There are several options for delivering documents to Sheets Run Solutions. Digital delivery is preferred (eg. vendors e-mail invoices to directly to a mailbox monitored by Sheets Run or documents are scanned to a shared location by the client). If digital delivery is a barrier other options include having mail sent to a post office box managed by Sheets Run or sending us bundles of mail on a weekly basis (not recommended).
Will my data be safe?
Cyber security is one of our primary concerns at Sheets Run Solutions. We transmit data over secure connections and share/store files in Google Drive where data in encrypted in transit and at rest.
